Shopify Connection Failed

The connection between your Shopify store and Highcovery could not be verified.

Common causes

  • The Highcovery app was uninstalled from your Shopify store
  • The Shopify store access token has expired
  • The Shopify store is paused or closed

How to fix

Check your Shopify admin

Open your Shopify admin and check if the Highcovery app is still installed under Apps.

Reinstall if needed

If the app is missing, reinstall it from the Shopify App Store.

Re-enter your API key

Open the Highcovery app in your Shopify admin and enter your API key again. You can find the key on the Connections page in your Highcovery dashboard.

Verify connection

Go to Connections in your Highcovery dashboard and click Verify connection.
After verifying, the connection status will update immediately.
