Your company name and address are shown in the account settings but cannot be changed directly.To change your company name or address, please contact us at partner@highcovery.com.

Contracts
View and manage your contracts underSettings → Contracts.

For each contract you can see:- Contract type and status
- Valid from/until dates
- Commission rate (for affiliate contracts)

- Accepted legal documents
Cancel a contract
To cancel a contract:- Go to
Settings→Contracts - Click on the contract you want to cancel
- Click
Cancel contract - Confirm the cancellation

When you change a store address, it can take up to 7 days to update. During this time, you cannot submit another address change.
