Account settings

Manage your account settings under SettingsAccount.

Profile

FieldDescription

Email

You can change your email address in the account settings.
When you change your email, you will receive a confirmation email to your old email address. You must click the verification link to complete the change.

Password

To change your password:
  1. Go to SettingsAccount
  2. Click on Change password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Save changes

Dashboard language

Choose your preferred language for the dashboard interface:
  • German
  • English (GB)
  • English (US)
  • French
  • Italian

Content languages

You can purchase additional language packs to translate your stores, products, categories, and tags into multiple languages. Available languages:
  • German (DE)
  • German (AT)
  • English (GB)
  • English (US)
  • French
  • Italian

Company and address

Your company name and address are shown in the account settings but cannot be changed directly.
To change your company name or address, please contact us at [email protected].

Billing

View your invoices and manage your subscription under SettingsBilling.

Invoices

A list of all your invoices showing:
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status (Paid/Pending)

Contracts

View and manage your contracts under SettingsContracts.

Contract details

For each contract you can see:
  • Contract type and status
  • Valid from/until dates
  • Commission rate (for affiliate contracts)
  • Included features
  • Accepted legal documents

Cancel a contract

To cancel a contract:
  1. Go to SettingsContracts
  2. Click on the contract you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel contract
  4. Confirm the cancellation
Check the cancellation deadline before cancelling. If you cancel after the deadline, your contract will be renewed once more before the cancellation takes effect.

FAQ

After creating your store, go to the store details page and click the Publish button in the sidebar.
Go to Products in the sidebar, click Add product, fill in the required information, and assign it to your store in the sidebar.
Tags require categories first. Create a category under Categories, then go to Tags and select your category when creating the tag.
You need to have at least one store created before you can add products.
You need to have at least one category created before you can add tags.
For security reasons, address changes require verification. Please contact us at [email protected] to update your address.
When you change a store address, it can take up to 7 days to update. During this time, you cannot submit another address change.
