Managing stores
Overview
Under Stores you see all your stores as a table or as cards. Use the filters to narrow down by Status (Active or Inactive) and Type. Stores that are not yet published carry the Draft badge.Add a new store
Under Stores click Add store. The form has five sections; use the jump navigation on the left to switch between them. Save creates the store and takes you straight to the edit view.Type
For Online shop, address and opening hours are cleared automatically. For all other types delivery areas are not saved; visibility is derived from the address.
General information
Address
Street, house number, postal code, city, country and state. For physical stores all six fields are required. If one is missing, the store cannot be saved and the missing fields are highlighted in red.If you change the address of an existing store, it is not applied immediately but reviewed by us. This can take up to 7 days. While the review is pending, you cannot submit another address change.
Delivery areas
Online shops only. Select the countries your shop delivers to. Only customers in these areas find your store in the app. See Delivery areas.Opening hours
Physical stores only. Per weekday you enter From and To; several time ranges per day are possible. Mark days without opening hours as Closed.Media
Upload images of your store as JPEG or PNG with a maximum of 2 MB per file. You can sort images via drag & drop.Edit a store
Click the store in the overview. Each section has its own Save button. A banner at the top points out missing required fields or recommended additions such as opening hours, delivery areas and images.Publish or disable a store
In the sidebar of the edit view you see the status and the button Publish or Disable.- Public – the store is visible in the app
- Disabled – the store is not shown in the app
