Manage your stores

Add a new store

To add a new store, click on the sidebar menu Stores and the button on the top right corner Add store. You will be guided thru a form. When you have filled out the needed information, you need to click the Next button to go on. You can go back with Back. Both buttons are located at the bottom of your view. The following fields will be shown to fill out:

Type

This is the type of the store, you can choose between:
  • Pharmacy
  • Cannabis-Store
  • Kiosk
  • Head-Shop
  • Petrol-Station
  • Online-Shop
  • Coffee-Shop
  • Cosmetics-Store
When you select Online-Shop, address and opening hours are not required and will be cleared automatically.

General information

FieldDescription
Display nameThe display name, only visible to you
NameThis name is the public name of the store
Company NameThe company is visible on the map of the app
Website URLThe website url will be used to redirect your users from the app to your website

Address

Here you can add the address of your store.
If you change the address, it can take up to 7 days to update. In that time you can’t change your address again.

Opening hours

Your stores opening hours. Activate the day your store is open and enter the hours it opens and closes. If you leave the checkbox disabled, the store is marked as closed.
Opening hours are not available for Online-Shops.

Delivery areas

Select which of your delivery areas this store serves. Only delivery areas you have created will be shown here.
Delivery areas are not available for Online-Shops. Make sure you have created delivery areas first under Delivery Areas in the sidebar.

Media

Add up to 3 images to your store.
It’s recommended that your image is 16:9, but the main part of your image, is in the center. Users can see the image in 16:9 and 9:16.

Edit a store

In your stores overview, just click on the store you want to edit.

Publish or disable a store

You can control whether your store is visible in the app. In the store edit view, you will find a Publish or Disable button in the sidebar. Click it to toggle the visibility of your store.
  • Published: Your store is visible to users in the app
  • Disabled: Your store is hidden from users in the app

Remove a store

To remove a store permanently from your account and our app, just click the remove button in the overview.

Translations

If you have multiple languages enabled for your account, you can add translations for your store information. When editing a store, you will see language tabs for each available language. Fill in the translations for:
  • Name
  • Display name
  • Company name
  • Website URL
Always make sure to save each section after making changes. Each section has its own save button.
