Product Rules by Country

Products are filtered by country based on legal THC limits. Each country has a maximum THC percentage for products that can be displayed and promoted through Highcovery. Products that exceed the THC limit for a given country will not appear in the app and are not available for affiliate promotion in that country.

Exception: seeds

Seeds are exempt from the THC limit and are shown regardless of their THC value. The reason: the limit describes the THC content of the goods themselves. For seeds, the THC value states the genetic potential of the plant that grows from them — not the content of the product the customer buys. The exception does not apply in countries where no products may be displayed at all (0.0%) — seeds stay hidden there too.

What this means for partners

  • Products with a THC value above the legal limit for a specific country are automatically hidden in that country — except seeds
  • This applies to both app visibility and affiliate promotion
  • Make sure your product THC data is accurate to ensure correct filtering
If your products have incorrect THC values, they may be shown in countries where they are not legally permitted, or hidden in countries where they could be displayed. Always keep your product data up to date.
THC limits are based on current regulations and may change. Highcovery updates these limits as laws evolve.
