Managing products
Overview
Under Products you see all your products as a table or as cards. Filters exist for Status, Type and, once you have several stores, Store. The status badge shows Needs editing, Draft or Public; running discounts appear as a badge next to the name.You must have created at least one store before you can add products.
Add a new product
Under Products click Add product. The form has four sections; Save creates the product and takes you to the edit view.General information
Product type
Choose between Herb, Joint, Hash, Oil, Cosmetics, Edibles, Accessories, Vape and Seeds. Without a type the product stays marked as Needs editing.Attributes
Under Limited-time discount you enter either a discount price or a discount in percent with a validity period. For the end date there are quick options such as In 7 days or End of month.
Delivery areas
Select the areas in which the product is available. Only customers in these areas see it. See Delivery areas.Edit a product
Click the product in the overview. Each section has its own Save button. The Media section appears in addition: upload images as JPEG or PNG with a maximum of 2 MB per file.Sidebar
The sidebar of the edit view bundles everything that is saved immediately:- Status – Publish or Disable. Only public products are visible in the app.
- Stores – checkboxes for each of your stores. Tick one so the product is offered in that store.
- Attributes – choose a category and tick the matching tags, see Categories.
- Strain – search for a strain and pick the variant (THC, CBD or Balanced). The strain provides additional information in the app.
- Delete product – removes the product irrevocably, including from all connected stores.
While creating, these areas are still locked. Save the product first.
