Enable the tracking scripts

The Highcovery affiliate tracking scripts must be enabled in your Shopify theme so that clicks and conversions are captured.
This page applies to Shopify only. With WooCommerce, no theme changes are needed – the plugin handles tracking automatically, see Set up WooCommerce.

Setup

Open the theme editor

In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize on your active theme.

Open App Embeds

In the theme editor, click the App Embeds toggle icon in the left sidebar.

Enable Highcovery Affiliate

Find Highcovery Affiliate in the list and switch it on.

Save

Click Save in the top right.

Verification

After enabling, the status on your Highcovery Connections page updates to Active within an hour. You can also click Check & reactivate connection to verify immediately.
Make sure you are editing the published/active theme, not a draft. If you switch themes, you must enable the extension again on the new theme.
