# Account

## Account settings

Manage your account settings under `Settings` → `Account`.

### Profile

| Field        | Description                                              |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Name**     | Your display name                                        |
| **Timezone** | Your timezone for correct display of statistics and data |

### Email

You can change your email address in the account settings.

<Note>When you change your email, you will receive a confirmation email to your old email address. You must click the verification link to complete the change.</Note>

### Password

To change your password:

1. Go to `Settings` → `Account`
2. Click on `Change password`
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password
5. Save changes

### Dashboard language

Choose your preferred language for the dashboard interface:

* German
* English (GB)
* English (US)
* French
* Italian

### Content languages

You can purchase additional language packs to translate your stores, products, categories, and tags into multiple languages.

Available languages:

* German (DE)
* German (AT)
* English (GB)
* English (US)
* French
* Italian

### Company and address

Your company name and address are shown in the account settings but cannot be changed directly.

## Billing

View your invoices and manage your subscription under `Settings` → `Billing`.

### Invoices

A list of all your invoices showing:

* Date
* Amount
* Status (Paid/Pending)

## Contracts

View and manage your contracts under `Settings` → `Contracts`.

### Contract details

For each contract you can see:

* Contract type and status
* Valid from/until dates
* Commission rate (for affiliate contracts)
* Included features
* Accepted legal documents

### Cancel a contract

To cancel a contract:

1. Go to `Settings` → `Contracts`
2. Click on the contract you want to cancel
3. Click `Cancel contract`
4. Confirm the cancellation

<Warning>Check the cancellation deadline before cancelling. If you cancel after the deadline, your contract will be renewed once more before the cancellation takes effect.</Warning>

  <Accordion title="How do I publish my store?">
    After creating your store, go to the store details page and click the `Publish` button in the sidebar.

  <Accordion title="How can I add products to my store?">
    Go to `Products` in the sidebar, click `Add product`, fill in the required information, and assign it to your store in the sidebar.

  <Accordion title="How do I create a new tag for my products?">
    Tags require categories first. Create a category under `Categories`, then go to `Tags` and select your category when creating the tag.

  <Accordion title="Why can't I create products?">
    You need to have at least one store created before you can add products.

  <Accordion title="Why can't I create tags?">
    You need to have at least one category created before you can add tags.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I change my address?">
    For security reasons, address changes require verification. Please contact us at [partner@highcovery.com](mailto:partner@highcovery.com) to update your address.

  <Accordion title="How long does an address change take?">
    When you change a store address, it can take up to 7 days to update. During this time, you cannot submit another address change.
