# Overview

> Connect your shop system to Highcovery

## Shop connections

Under **Connections** you link your shop system to Highcovery. You need at least one store of type **Online shop** for this.

## Platforms

## Affiliate tracking with Shopify

If you take part in the affiliate programme, you can set up tracking for Shopify yourself today. No connection on this page is required for that, see [Set up Shopify](/en/affiliate/setup-shopify).

## Switching platforms

Only one platform can be active per online shop. If you select a different platform, the existing connection is disconnected. The dashboard asks for confirmation first.
