# Reports

> Affiliate start page, performance, clicks and conversions

## Affiliate start page

The start page under **Affiliate** shows you at a glance whether your tracking is running and how your promotion performs.

### Status card

At the top right you see your partner name, the **tracking status** (Active or Inactive), your **partner ID** with a copy button and the **commission rate**. If you have several online shops, switch between them with the shop selector.

### Status banners

Above the metrics exactly one banner appears:

| Banner                             | Meaning                                         | Next step                                            |

| **Shopify connection failed**      | The shop is connected but could not be verified | **Go to integration** and check the connection again |

<Note>If tracking is inactive, your deeplinks do not work. Clicks from the app are then not redirected.</Note>

### Metrics and period

The tiles **Total clicks**, **Conversions** and **Total commission** refer to the selected period, by default the last 30 days. The percentage change compares with the equally long period before. You can choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This year, Last year and All time.

### Recent activity

The list shows the last 10 clicks and conversions with date, type, order value, your earnings, commission and status.

## Performance

**Affiliate → Performance** goes deeper into the metrics for the selected period:

| **Conversions**      | Confirmed orders via your deeplinks |
| **Your earnings**    | Order value minus commission        |
| **Conversion rate**  | Conversions divided by clicks       |
| **Total sales**      | Sum of order values                 |
| **Avg. order value** | Total sales divided by conversions  |

All sales and commission figures include **confirmed** conversions only. Pending and cancelled orders are not counted.

## Clicks

**Affiliate → Clicks** lists all recorded clicks with time, platform (web, iOS, Android), country and click ID. Use the search bar to filter by `cid:`, `country:` or `platform:`; separate several filters with commas.

## Conversions

**Affiliate → Conversions** lists all orders with order number, order value, commission, source and status. Clicking a row opens the **click details** with the time of the click, time to conversion, platform, country, language and promoted product.

### Conversion status

| Status        | Meaning                                          |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Pending**   | Order recorded, not yet paid                     |
| **Confirmed** | Order paid, commission applies                   |
| **Cancelled** | Order cancelled or fully refunded, no commission |
| **Paid**      | Commission has been billed                       |

A conversion is confirmed as soon as the order is paid. Partial refunds within 120 days reduce order value and commission proportionally; full refunds cancel the conversion.

### Source

* **Tracking** – attributed automatically via click ID or coupon code.
* **Manual** – added by the Highcovery team, for example after a support request.

Filters: `orderId:`, `status:` (pending, confirmed, cancelled, paid) and `source:` (tracking, manual).
